Returns & Exchanges

At UPTOANI, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 28 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. All original packaging, including boxes and dust bags, must be included.

Returns must be shipped using the prepaid return label provided by UPTOANI and the courier indicated on the label (DHL or FedEx).

If a return is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all resulting shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, UPTOANI will process the exchange, refund or store credit accordingly.

Returns requested outside the 28-day return window may be accepted at the discretion of UPTOANI and may only be eligible for store credit.

Exchanges

Items may only be exchanged for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Only one exchange per item is permitted.

Unauthorized Returns

UPTOANI reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent without prior authorization or that do not comply with the return instructions outlined in this policy.

Unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be refused and returned to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.

If an unauthorized return is exceptionally accepted, UPTOANI reserves the right to deduct a 10% administrative and restocking fee from the refund.

Return Documentation

For international returns, customers may be required to print and include the pro forma invoice and return documents provided with the return instructions.

Please ensure that all documentation and the return label provided by UPTOANI are used when shipping the return.

Failure to include the required documentation may result in customs duties, taxes or delays. Any such charges applied by customs authorities will be the responsibility of the client and may be deducted from the refund amount.
